Driver Requirements
To be 21 years of age or older
Valid Class A commercial driver's license
TWIC Card (or proof of application before start date)
Safe driving record and history
To pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
Current DOT medical card
Availability to work a flexible schedule that’s up to 12-14 hours in a day including Monday –
Friday, Tuesday – Saturday and Sunday – Thursday depending on business needs
Weekend availability if needed
Home Weekly Driving Position:
34 hour reset at home each week
Weekly Salary - $1800 Per week
Additional bonus if 34 hour reset is taken over the road instead of home
Local Driving Position:
Early start times
Home Daily
Starting pay $25 per hour
Layover pay for overnight stays $75 per night in addition to hotel accommodations
40 hours per week guarantee
Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
These positions require exceptional Class A drivers with at least 1 year over-the-road
tractor/trailer experience pulling dry vans or reefer units. (While a Hazardous Materials
endorsement will not be required to come aboard, it is strongly recommended that you be willing
to get one within a reasonable time frame.)
Our pay rates are highly competitive and drivers can earn increases based on their performance,
not just longevity. Our freight is 100% no touch and we can offer exceptional miles and home
time as required.
